Returns:
All returns must be authorized by a LogoZoom representative within 14 days after receipt of your merchandise.  All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused.

Refunds:
Refunds will be authorized on previously approved returned merchandise which does not conform to LogoZoom’s quality control standards. All refunds will be issued within 24hrs of receipt of defective merchandise.
